It's difficult to answer question one at this time as the overall experience should include the delivery process - when it arrives, how it's packed, quality of books, etc. Perhaps the question should be reworded or this survey should be emailed to customers once the books have been shipped.
The books were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Other than the fact that all of the books would probably have fit into the one large box (order came in two boxes), it was well packaged. I will definitely check this website again before placing any large book orders for our schools.
