Easy to order at great prices. Great selection. Customer Service was excellent. I ordered books for a school that was closed because of the pandemic. Kelly was very understanding and told me to let the books be returned so they could be redelivered to an alternate address at no extra charge. What a relief! I tried many times in vain to contact UPS and change the delivery address the first time the books were sent out. They are impossible to deal with, even with a MyUPSChoice account and even when I attempted to pay extra to change the delivery address. I appreciate your customer service and will order with you again, being careful to verify that the address is good.
