We were recently in negotiation with an owner who lived out of state and had not seen their property recently. Thanks to Jason's thorough inspection and report we were able to understand the home's deficiencies and clearly show the issues to the owners. This had a significant impact on our ability to make informed decisions and effectively negotiate a fair price. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, responsive and timely. The topic of buying and refurbishing a home has always been relevant to our family, as we have often moved from one city to another. Therefore, I am very pleased to have found your services that have helped me a great deal in this matter.
We are first time homebuyers and knew very little about the process before we started looking. Jason and his team were incredibly thorough and not only made a detailed list with pictures and videos of the necessary repairs but he also took the time to personally walk us around the property to show us each and every item on the list and a suggestion for how to repair the issue. He also crawled into a super tight squeeze of an attic in the middle of July! Couldn't have been more pleased with the inspection process.
