Great quality product at the best deal. When I was in the process of narrowing down my options, sending out free sample next day that Build Direct offers to customers was best. That really helps me to decide and ordered. Natalie from the Sale Team really helped me to save the cost of shipping and also well explained where my shipments would came from and what I should expected after placing my order. She's not only knowledgeable, helpful but very friendly.
One of my shipment was delayed and couldn't see the progress from carrier, I called and Cindy Cheng was super helpful to tract down where it was. She went out of her way and was able to update me where it was, when it would be delivered. She definitely followed up well and communicated with us every single steps for which I really appreciated for the service.
Another shipment which I ordered vinyl plank flooring came and some of the box were damaged due to the improper handling and packaging, so I contacted the claim department and Mark Stanfield and Sean Corrigan
Claims Resolution Specialists responded back and helped to get the replacement right away. I look forward to my replacement so we can finish the project. Overall, we are very pleased and happy with the Customer Service Team as well as the quality product at Build Direct. We definitely recommend to our friends.

The Company that I work for was experiencing some difficulties in tracking our order. Cindy Cheng, one of Build Direct Team Lead was able to locate our order and explain in very detail what had transpired. She diligently went out of her way to ensure that she got in contact with the Carrier to track our order. She was on top of the Carrier to find out when our order will be delivered. She kept her word and called back when she said she would. KNG Construction Co., Inc. is extremely happy with the service we received and the products are of good quality.

First of all the product looks beautiful in our kitchen- but what impressed me the most was the customer service. I was guaranteed delivery by a certain date as I had it scheduled for people to install our floors that weekend. After placing my order I received a call from FedEx trying to schedule a delivery for at the earliest a week after I was promised delivery. I called Mila, who processed and helped me with my order and told her what was going on and within 1 hour I had a call back from a Cindy who had arranged a 3rd party carrier to pick up my order and get it delivered to my house before the date I needed it. Everything happened so easily without stress on me. I highly recommend!

I purchased about 35 boxes of Vesdura vinyl laminate for a house we had in the US. Build Direct sent out free samples promptly, the product came swiftly, undamaged. There were about 3 boards that could not be used out of the 35 boxes. The product was easy to work with, looked really nice (but I wouldn't install in my own home because the color shows dirt too easily), nice to cut. I can't vouch how it holds up because we sold the house but it was a nice product to install.

I ordered 1600 sq feet of 3/4 inch hard wood floors from builddirect, com. Before purchasing I received free samples and really liked the product. 3 weeks after delivery, I had them installed. My contractor got through a few boards and phoned me up to say the quality was awful. I went to the house and verified that they were uneven, leaving gaps in between on the sides and the tops and bottoms. I contacted the resolution team and was asked many questions. I told them I needed this resolved quickly because I had kitchen cabinets coming in to be installed. First day, I was asked for pictures. So I ran over and sent them pictures. Later that day, I was asked for pictures of the stickers on the box. So I ran over to the house again. Today they wanted more pictures with measurements. And they also requested I fill out a form about the humidity measurements. I wonder how long they will keep asking me for photos and what other types of requests they have before actually rectifying the problem. Horrible customer service. Not to mention my financial loss for the days my house sits idle. But they don't care. Just need to get photos and lots more photos. Not a good way to make a business work in today's world.

Nelson Bulhoes provided great service from beginning to end. He quickly sent out samples for me to look at, guided me through the purchase process, assisted and guided me with an additional special order and was sure to answer every question I had. I must add that he worked above and beyond his time by answering my questions via email when he wasn't even at work. I am extremely happy with the services provided and with my flooring. We order vynil plank flooring from them the delivery went great. Let back up we took are carpet and tile up first which was a huge job my husband son and I. We then had to have the cement sand blasted which costs alot. Then the floor was delivered. My husband worked days off nites weekends putting this vinyl down it took a few. Months so here it is a year ago when this project started as and the floor looks like $#*! water stains everywhere scratches everywhere it was suppose to be scratch proof. Well it's not it looks horrible it's a nightmare it has never looked good since we put it down I'm am sick over this. Very disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Very long story short, I ordered over 3000 sq ft of flooring and paid for it. 3 days after is was supposed to arrive, I called to find out the shipping status. At that time I was told my flooring had been sold to someone else and was now out of stock. I was then told to pick out another floor and "price was not an issue." Picked another flooring close to the same price and this company refused to ship the new product, refused to honor the original price and cost me hundreds of dollars on a construction loan, caused over a 6 week delay in my construction schedule. Now I am fighting to get a refund on close to $7,000 and starting over trying to quickly find flooring for my new home. Oh, let's not forget that I already paid to have the existing floor prepped for TWO different types of flooring and NOTHING from Build Direct. Not even an apology

I've bought all our building products such a as floor tiles, fireplace stone, wood floors from build direct. I've never been so happy with the customer service I've gotten from any company until I found them. The products are of great quality and the pricing are reasonable. When I had an issue about my purchase, I only have to call and they respond and go above and beyond to rectify any problems. I have recommended build direct to family and friends. I've been meaning to make a review for them for so long now but I got busy with our whole home renovation, even after 2 years I called them up about my purchase from years ago, they did not hesitate to help me out!
