The unit ordered on May 2 arrived from the shipping carrier damaged and was refused. Had to reorder another one, which Budget worked with us on getting it out at our convenience.

Sometimes it's best to call and speak with a sales person to order instead of placing the order on line. Was advised by the sales person to inspect the unit upon delivery before the carrier left and if there was any damage to the unit to refuse it. Upon inspection, the unit was indeed damaged by the carrier. Budget assisted in every step of the way by shipping another unit. Other than the delay in time for receipt of the second unit, which was not Budget's fault, we would purchase another unit from them again. As a matter of fact, this was our second purchase!
I ordered and received an email. Then I waited. After about two weeks, I emailed about my order. Nothing for two days, then an email stating the product was shipped. Will not really, a shipping label was created. Then, with the FedEx website, there was no movement for three days. The product took a total of three weeks to be delivered. Upon arrival, the box look abused. Then when opened, everything "looked" OK. But due to the 3/4" line set having plastic around it, the damaged outer roll could not be seen. Once opened, the roll had clearly been damaged due to neglecting any protection from transportation. Why would I or You buy damaged items? The return process is a hassle. One time customer that will not recommend this company due to poor customer service.

Initial order experience was very good. I placed order over the phone with Mike. He was very helpful and proficient. Follow up was not good. I needed a filter box for my air handler and left few messages with no response. I ended up buying it on Amazon.
I originally ordered just before the Hurricane and that caused delays and order processing issues which were difficult to correct.
The product was at a reasonable price and the delivery was on time.
The only problem I had with your service was receiving my unit in time.
