On line ordering: A little difficulty at first. On tshirts it shows at the top, boxes with colors. But you need to go below by sizes, other boxes, to enter the color I want, one at a time. But the process was fast.

4 stars because the time frame for shipment was not given on the website. I called the 1800 number and I was told the ship time was the same for the "free shipping" and the $48 Fed-Ex ground shipping. Seemed pretty sketchy to me and I am needing this order ASAP. I didnt want to chance it so I opted for paying for shipping.
Update: I got the order within the time frame the customer service rep said I would. I called in this morning and wanted to verify it would have been the same shipping rate and they gave me a refund for the amount I paid in shipping. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future!
Buy these beanies every year for the homeless in our community, and they are really nice hats at a great price. The recipients are SO appreciative! I was surprised at the good quality the first I ordered but have been a repeat customer annually! The delivery time has also gotten so short. I got them within a couple days.

After receiving my order it was great the product was nicer than I expected. Not a major issue but I thought the gloves I ordered would have been smaller and then stretch to a larger size because I was ordering for ages 6-12 years. So I would add to description product age sizes. But over all everything was good.
