Hat's were jammed into a box 1/2 the size needed for shipping. Hats were mashed all out of shape.

I will be shopping with you guys again! The site was super easy to use, items got to me a day early. No issues at all. Between my husband, son and myself, we are very active and outdoorsy, we lose hats (mostly in my Jeep) or mess them up quite often. I ordered 3 hats with plans for a friend of mine to make and put on designs. Grade A quality! I almost don't want to put the designs on them. Feels like im putting Disney princess stickers on a Michael Kors Bag at Walmart prices lol.
Easy shopping. The product quality is good. I ordered several styles to test embroider on. I was mainly concerned with the structured hats and needle breaks. Thankfully they stitch out nicely. No problems at all.
