These hats are amazing. I ordered them to just check out the quality of the hats and they are high quality. Will be ordering more.
I ordered close to $200 worth of items and paid for two days rush shipping on this order and still have not received my order after four days. I am very dissatisfied as I have customers waiting for their orders and I paid extra to get it rushed.

FedEx lost a package (which eventually showed up), and Ellis from Buck Wholesale immediately sent out a replacement order. I contacted them to let them know that I had received an order but wasn't sure if I had gotten the lost package or the replacement. We're in Washington State and they're in Florida, so we're pretty far apart. They re-routed the replacement package back to them, and gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. It was really nice to get a REAL person who took care of things quickly.
