The hats were crushed crooked into an 8x8x8 box deforming the hats. The hats will have to be reformed.

The only reason I awarded 4 stars to 'products/service' I received is because the caps are just put into the shipping box as is.
I would prefer that the caps be enclosed in some kind of plastic packaging before being placed inside the shipping box.
I would be willing to pay extra for this.
