I ordered 2 planters, and 1 was the wrong color, so I asked for a return. They made me jump through hoops to return (and saying it would take 6 weeks to get my money back), and never refunded my money, despite the pain it was to return a larger planter to UPS. They continually said - that item has been received, but its not processed yet, for about 2-3 months. Never got my 90$ back. I used paypal for the transaction as their site was having trouble processing credit cards, but then the window for a chargeback with paypal magically expired as they were "processing" the return. I believe this site is set up to dupe customers and hold their funds.

This company is the same as Seventh Avenue and a lot of other places. They have overly priced items, overly priced shipping ($59!). These things you can probably find knock off version or the exact same things on Amazon or Walmart or Ross even for way better prices. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered an item on 6/27 expecting it to ship within a week. Well it is now two weeks and was told today it will probably be another week before it ships even though their automated system said it shipped on 6/30. I spoke to a rep today and she apologized and said they are short staff and doing the best they can. I would not buy rome them.

I unfortunately fell victim to these idiots. I placed an order mid-month that wasn't delivered until late month. Was billed, paid it in full. Then I get bills assessing late fees because I didn't pay by some arbitrary due date (that fell less than 30 days after I received my order!). Now they are not only not posting my payment, they are assessing late fees on the late fees. I only opened this stupid account to take advantage of a reduced price by opening an account. Don't be fooled, this is a scam!

I ordered April 30th. Three weeks later, still no order. I called to cancel one item on the order. CS said no bc order is 'processing', just return it when it arrives. I called 2 days later to cancel entire order. Was told "No, order has shipped" I knew that wasn't true. Called 2 days later asking for a tracking#. Was told the order had not shipped. An earlier review commented on the 60 day return policy. That is very helpful since I am almost 30 days in with no ship date in sight. Do not buy from here.

Sent me three of the same item and would refuse to honor a prepaid shipping label for the two items I did not order and I even spoke with a manager and she would refuse to give me a prepaid shipping label I will never order from company ever again

I really did not want to give them one star, butt could not continue with review unless I clicked on the star... I purchased a set of bathroom rugs and the toilet seat cover. Rugs did not work, was informed the toilet seat cover was on BACK ORDER! Received credit for the rugs, $42.77 called them today about the back ordered toilet seat cover and they informed me I can't return I AM PASS THE 60 DAY RETURN TIME. I ordered the cover same time I ordered the rugs, got everything but the cover, rec'd the cover yesterday... they won't take it back and won't refund my money. They can't seem to grasp that the toilet seat cover was ordered same time as rugs could not return it as the item was on backorder! Never ever purchase anything from them again!~
