The complete process was handled in an efficient and professional manner. The materials were clear and concise leaving me with no questions. Returning documents was quick and easily done by US mail and E mail. I was impressed with the people who handled my process as they were all knowledgeable and had no hesitation in answering questions.

Broad Financial was one of the few companies who could set up a Solo 401k. They made the process quick and easy, and provided all the documentation we needed for both set-up and maintenance. Their guide was exceptionally detailed and easy to use.

The note to the bank on setting up a trust account was very helpful. Until they read that note, they didn't think that they had the right kind of account available.

So far, all communications with Broad financial have been very professional. The services and materials were described and delivered as promised with clear detailed instructions.

Overall quick and easy to set up. Had some issues setting up the bank account. Not everyone is familiar with Solo 401k's.

So far, so good, but I'm still early in the process.

Everything was very smooth with Broad Financial. Not so smooth with Wells Fargo, however,we got it all worked out finally with the assistance of Broad's referral to a Wells Banker!
