From the first conversation with Jeff Astor I felt like he represented Broad Financial professionally and efficiently and was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. Also the support staff was very, very efficient, to the point that I couldn't keep up efficiently with providing what I needed to. This is a rare and admirable quality in business today. Usually the customer has to keep pressing to get answers and to complete transactions and services in a timely manner, and a lot of times it isn't received well and the customer gets a lot of pre-scripted answers and responsed. In my experience with this process, embarrassingly I have been the one holding up the process in most cases. Thank you very much for your support, I look forward to having a long working relationship.
My experience was great! The support team at both Broad Financial and Madison Tust Co were excellent. I utilized the optional wire and expedite services that are available. Along with with the quick responses to my questions from the support teams. I was able to get my checkbook IRA set up quickly and smoothly in about 2 weeks. I was then able to take advantage of a market situation and close on a real estate deal! Could not be any happier! Thank you.
So far so good. Opened my bank acct. Waiting for other 401 to transfer funds. I'll probably have questions down the road. Ed.
Very attentive to my request, pleasant to deal with.
Great job,
My quest for a self directed IRA that fit my needs was not an easy one. It started with my CPA and local banks. I even solicited the help of a prominent university professor as I tried to wade through the mountain of misinformation regarding self-directed retirement options. I eventually set myself up with the "nations largest". While they seemed to be good people and "professional", I came to find out that there were restrictions that hadn't been disclosed. These restrictions fundamentally changed the very purpose of what I was trying to achieve. After all of my efforts, I was about to give up my quest and go back to the house of cards that the vast majority of Americans rely on. Then, through the help of a friend, I contacted Broad Financial. The darkness lifted, the light shown forth, and as they say, "The rest is history". From my first phone call to one of their articulate and competent advisors, to the corporate set up and the funding of the self directed IRA, the experience has been flawless and timely. It was also unexpectedly easy because of the way that they walk you through it. There is really no close "second place" to what they have to offer.
I've enjoyed working with Jeff. He's been very patient with me, and extremely helpful. And, his follow-up is really good. All in all, a very positive experience.
Very helpful
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
