After extensive discussions and assurances, and based on the money-back guarantee set out on the website, I subscribed for the 'Elite' service.
The first version I received back marked 'complete' was just a basic grammar edit - which I had not even asked for - along with a few suggestions. Most of the instructions I sent were ignored.
I immediately complained and was met with implied hostility and overt unfriendliness. I was asked to set out what I wanted. I did this and waited for a response.
Some days later another version came back - this time some effort had been made to meet the brief but frankly not much. Most I what I had requested had simply been ignored. My view is not subjective as I sent the revisions for assessment with the assignment tutors and they confirmed that the brief had not yet been met. In other words, I had correctly recognised where my assignment fell short, asked British Dissertations if they could fix it, having assured me they could, they failed to.
The customer service is the worst I have come across. Charmless and completely disengaged. In the last email I received I simply got forwarded - without any greeting or acknowledgment - a complaint from the editor that the brief had been met. When I returned a quote from my brief proving it hadn't, I received no further comment.
Worse still, I made a reasonable offer to settle under the non-satisfaction guarantee given and heard back nothing (despite two attempts).
If you need someone to check your grammar then this company will probably do it. If you need them to actually engage with what you have written or work to a brief - or ensure you have met the brief - then I would suggest you look elsewhere.
