My experience with brimback. Pro was honestly a huge letdown. The product took way longer to arrive than they said it would, and nobody bothered to send any updates or explain what was going on. I kept checking the tracking info, but it was super vague and didn't really help. The whole thing was just stressful and annoying. For a company that's supposed to be reputable, I expected way better communication and service.
