Everything we received was in very healthy condition with the exception of 2 of the pink muhly grasses... not that they were in bad shape, just not thriving like the other 8 we got. Hoping they bounce back but in no way giving a negative experienc. The hydrangea and hybrid willows are thriving and have beautiful full leaves popping out everywhere. We're extremely pleased and will buy from you again in a heartbeat!

I ordered a Dogwood tree last year. Unfortunately, it did not make it. When I called customer service they immediately refunded my money and have recently order another tree. Hopefully. This one makes it.

Trees arrived nicely and securely packaged. One small branch was broken off but I. Put it back in place and wrapped a bit of tape around it and a day later the leaves were no longer wilted which. Suggests the break. Might graft back to the tree. I ordered two of the same plants. The size of the leaves on one tree suggests that it might be more mature though the relative height was the same. Both. Were planted on the day of arrival and both are doing very well. I look forward to the plants filling out to have more branches and leaves.

I ordered 5 bamboo plants (2 diff varieties). 2 of them came in decent shape but the 3 Fernleaf bamboos were not as i expected. They were barely 2 ft tall and most of the leaves had turned brown. I planted them in less than 48 hrs and i hope they survive and grow as expected.

Delivery was promised for the 11th. It is now the 12th and still no plants. Your service is usually great so I hope this is not a glitch as I have the gardner coming tomorrow to plant everything.

When my plants arrived and I opened the box the inside was a mess. Two of the plants had come out of their pots/plastic wrap, there was loose dirt everywhere and the plant/roots had dried up a little, however, after putting them back in the planting medium and watering they perked back up.

Ordered three patio trees. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I had to wait about 8-10 days to plant them because I was traveling for a week. Put them in a shady area of my yard and had my son water them each night. They did great. They're now planted and doing extremely well. One, a hydrangea, has leaves. The other two, white rose of sharon, don't have leaves but they're definitely alive. I anticipate that next year, they'll take off. This summer, they're acclimating.

The cherry tree we ordered came happy! Beautiful and fast. It was a great site to be on and the info on it was informative!

So far so good, little guy seems well cared for and likes the new home. He was well shipped and the directions for planting were clear. Overall very positive experience!

I ordered the Meyers 4 foot Lemon tree and Brighter Blooms did not disappoint! It came packaged securely and with obvious care as well as having easy to follow unpacking do's and don'ts. I will definitely be back when it is time to expand my gardens!
