When I received my banana tree we still had multiple nights below freezing so at this time it's still inside

Very well executed plants all took off and looks amazingly healthy

Plants have always arrived very healthy and well packed.

Everything seems to be surviving so far except one raspberry bush that has lost all of its leaves.

The tree arrived promptly and in very good shape. It is now in the ground, but required to be staked with stakes that I purchased locally. Even better customer service would be to include a couple of stakes and cord in the same tall box that the tree came in.

I ordered a massive amount of plants and every single flower, bush and tree are small/young but they are exploding in size almost over night once I planted them in the ground. A number of them probably needed to be reported last year because their roots were compacted. Only time will tell if they are able to spread their roots. They seem to all be doing wonderful and I check on them multiple times a day like babies lol. The shipping and packaging were exceptional! I will continue to shop from this company and recommend them to others.

I placed an order for 8 plants and only received 4 of them. It took me a couple of attempts with customer service to finally receive the other 4 and about a week later I received them. Plants are well packed and arrived in great conditions.

I ordered the Meyer Lemon Tree and the 100% Arabic Coffee plant both plants arrived timely and in beautiful condition.
My husband named the lemon tree after Trini Lopez from his famous Lemon Tree song and the coffee plant after the great Juan Valdez the coffee man that we love!

Plants were packaged extremely well to avoid damage. Plants sent FedX were in prime shape and in super fresh condition.

My original order arrived with 3 shrubs dried out and unhealthy looking. Brighter looms immediately replaced shrubs without question. Customer Service was excellent. Very happy with their products.

Site worked well and easily, was able to find what I needed. The plant was shipped on time, and the recipient loved it immediately.

I was a little worried because the shipping took longer than I expected, (for a plant, but quick in general) but the Pink Variegated Lemon Tree I received is beautiful and so healthy. Very happy with my purchase!

I can not say enough great things about this company( and I'm not getting paid nor was I ask to review). My tree arrived in perfect condition not one flaw. I've got one huge fragment gardenia and 4, yes 4! More buds ready to pop open. I had given them the wrong shipping address and they immediately reached out to me. My order came without a hitch ON EASTER DAY! THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you thank you and thank you!
