Everything from selection of tree to receiving the tree was satisfactory. Lots of information so that I found just the tree I wanted, according to my location, the soil and the tree planting and care.

My fig tree came faster than I thought. It arrived healthy and looked like I had picked it up at the nursery myself. It's still a little cold here so I haven't put it outside yet, but it is already beginning to grow more leaves. I have high hopes that it will continue to grow and thrive. I will be ordering agin in the very near future!

One wisteria dead. Very disappointed. I really wanted live plants

Lot of the leaves had come off a few of the branches were broken and was dried out.

Received the Crepe Myrtle trees order in a large shipping box in good condition. The smaller tree came with a nice root ball and leaves and looks well. The larger arrived packed in a burlap bag with what was later found to be loose planting material. Upon releasing the zip tie holding the tree in the burlap bag, it was found it was bare rooted with no visible sign of life (leaves) at this point. Will have to see if the tree recovers.

Good customer service and they have excellent care of their products. The plant I ordered and received is very healthy. The packaging of the products they mail is excellent and protects the product very well.

I love the rose bushes I bought. Only thing is the delivery company handle the box roughly and some of the dirt was out of the containers where my flowers were at.

I am forever a customer. They came in a box somewhat grown and they not only looked beautiful they held up so nice. They look gorgeous

It was delivered on time it was intact and it's growing right now when the tree died they sent me a warranty replacement right away with just a few pictures

The 4 Azalea plants are VERY HEALTHY & BEAUTIFUL!
I was a little disappointed in the shipping "stack" of the plants. The largest of the 4 had the middle of it smashed down (& some limbs broken) by other plants squashing down on it from above it.
I planted them the same day that I received them. They have faced some tough challenges from strong winds & a couple of frosts/freezing temperature nights, BUT IN SPITE of their adverse conditions, they are ALL SHOWING NEW GROWTH & WONDERFUL, POSITIVE SIGNS OF ADAPTING TO THEIR NEW LOCATION & HOME! THANK YOU for your excellent promptness in Shipping them to me & I applaud you (& thank you) for the BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY plants that you shipped to me!

Magnolia tree was damaged on arrival. Broken limbs and loose leaves. Shipped loose in box with no packing to keep it in place.

Very easy and quick!, very pleased with the condition and beauty of my potted plants.

The weeping cherry blossom did not look healthy when it arrived and it doesn't look like its going to make it. We followed the instructions to a "t" but the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. I have not identified any new growth since we planted the tree.

So far everything looks great, can't wait until the tree is mature and healthy
