I could not order online, it would not add to cart. After many tries I finally called on the phone to order. I could not track my order, nor did I receive updates. I called customer service and she could not check on my order either. Your website needs to be fixed.

We've ordered several trees and have been very pleased with the products. The trees looked very healthy and full. We had an experience in which some trees were damaged during shipping. Customer service was very helpful and replaced them immediately without any difficulty. I have really enjoyed my experience with the company.

I received a replacement conversation pice azalea and it was in fair condition but the spoil was hard like it was planted in cement so I was told to re pot it and that should loosing up the soil and should help the plant so I did and now it is dieing It is so frustrating I give up it took 7 days traveling to get to me and now money down the drain I can't afford to lose.

Easy to order and I was kept informed every step of the way. Tree arrived healthy and full of leaves and soil was still moist. Planted it straight away and it's taken so nicely. It even has new growth after 2 weeks. So happy with this purchase.

Great plants and trees

Although the boxes where clearly marked which end was to be "UP" and that there where live plants inside the delivery person paid no head to any of it. Both boxes where stood on end, the WRONG end, however, the plants and trees were packed so well (even through one of the large trees was upside down) they survived beautifully. A little soil mess on the floor from unpacking but a wonderful packing job by your staff that assured that everything I ordered arrived in great shape.
