It took 3 shipments to finalize the order and even the third shipment had twisted and broken stem. So, that's the end of the story.

I can't believe how fast my tree came! Within just a couple days it arrived on my doorstep; ahead of the estimated arrival date. Also the tree came in with an easy to plant soil root ball.

The shrubs arrived well packaged and easy to plant.

Everything was smooth. Just hope to see the flower in a few years.

Weeping cherry tree arrived wilted and has not recovered even with deep watering per recommendations. Will be seeking replacement

Ordering was easy and for the size tree I wanted I wanted to make sure it would be able to withstand the shipping and all to get to me.

Tree was not a tree, it was a limb from a tree stuck in a bag of dirt. It had no roots at all
It died the day I planted it. Complete rip off. Won't do any business here again.

Purchased a beautiful double bloom gardenia tree for my mother for Mother's Day.

They never fail to amaze me. I love brighter blooms year after year. And every-time the plants are so healthy and are exactly as described. I would recommend brighter blooms to everyone!

Order arrived on time. Packaging wasn't great - broken branches and no root balls as dirt was all over the package. We planted right away and... all are thriving!

The tree came well package and protected with very good planting instructions! I had to call because the leaves continued to look wilted and customer support was terrific and just let me know to give it a couple of weeks. A month in and our little tree is thriving!

Did not like the root ball, fell apart even with burlap around it?

I purchased navel orange tree last year and I was doing fine. However BB called me and informed that the plant I received maybe from a batch that is infected with citrus canker. They sent me a replacement plant. I am very happy with BB for being so proactive and responsible. They warned my trust with quality and service.

The plants are excellent quality and very healthy and beautiful.
