I ordered $200 worth of plants and it took 19 days for FedEx to get them delivered. I don't think even the hardiest of plants can survive that long. Especially while in a box that was nearly demolished along the way.
Better delivery is a must before I will order again.

Delivery was expected 9/17. It came 8 days later. Consequently the top 12" of my crossvine was dry and brown. I think it will ultimately be okay but for the $17 shipping charge I should have had better service.
One of the tree is so small and unhealthy looking…it only had a few branches. I had to use the bamboo stick prop/support the tree up.
Where do I start. First, the online shopping was okay until the original tree I had in my shopping cart sold out and I had to purchase the smaller 4-5' tree, But then my order took a very long time to arrive, 11 days to be exact. I purchased it on 8/28 and received it on. 9/8. The absolute worst part was by the time it finally did arrive the box was hot and damaged and the Olive tree inside had lost about 50% of its leaves in the box …and since then it continues to drop more leaves every day. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.
I ordered 4 cloud 9 dogwood trees. 3 out of 4 trees arrived wilted and now dead.

I received ten healthy azaleas. Planted them the next day and they are doing well.
The azaleas seem to be in good shape even though Fed Ex messed up the delivery by thinking my address was not correct. Even though I had received an order from you before and countless orders through other places. It was 2 days later before they delivered and I had to make a call to Fed Ex to let them know the address is correct please deliver.
If plants can't be delivered to Seattle [West Coast] in a timely fashion, with the plants in healthy condition, be honest about it, and limit your deliveries to the East Coast.

From the start BrighterBlooms helped me through my inquiry and order. They are very accommodating and helpful. Trees came in good health and they are available to assist via chat online and phone.
My 1st tree arrived looking really tired. I gave it a couple of weeks to become acclimated but it kept losing leaves. After 2 short emails troubleshooting with no luck I was sent a new tree. I didn't even have to ask! New tree delivered looking beautiful with a lot of new growth. Very pleased with my experience. Can't wait to watch my Olive tree grow. Will definitely purchase again.
For example, my Red Rocket had only one trunk or stem. Usually they have three or four. What should I expect or do?
