I was shocked and very disappointed to have received a twig plant for over $50, when you advertised with a picture a huge beautiful fully red bloomed plant. Even the large box that the plant was delivered in was deceiving, all to my surprise at the bottom of the box a tiny twig.
We received our trees in a very timely manner. They looked great and are doing very well!

For the most part I am very satisfied. However, I did order an indoor ficus plant a few months ago that is now almost dead — it continues to lose its leaves no matter what I do to fix the problem ( more water, less water, not enough light, too much light, etc.)

The first time I tried I did not succeed and was worried about failing again but the plant I got from you was very healthy and very forgiving to my learning curve. It does look like I roughed it up a bit but a little discipline on my part, the limbs have new growth today. I'm so happy with that.
