They sent me to the worst hotel on the planet. Full of crack heads, roaches and a promise of breakfast with the front door to the office being locked and no way to get any breakfast. The location steals your deposit and claims you damaged the room when you never even checked in. You call brek for help since it was their system you used to get the room and they say "no refunds". Don't ever use them. You have been warned. It's way worse than I'm explaining. I just don't have the energy to keep going. Just stay as far away from brek as possible.

I called them to reschedule because of personal reasons. I called them to confirm 3 hours before arrival as I was instructed, to find out They never changed my reservation. You can not Imagine my panic. This company is unreliable and rude. They made NO attempt to find me a different hotel. They caused me so much stress and anxiety as anyone can imagine, arriving at your vacation destination with no place to sleep. Horrible experience.

This company is Expedia and visa versa. They try to trick you on dates reserved first. They give you a fake low price. Click and They raise the price at once by 10 percent. They open with refundable ie; they don't charge your card till you arrive. Do not use them. Motel 6 is in cahoots with their scam. Any company that lists on Booking.Com,Expedia Brek they are all the same den of theives. Call your credit card company and do a charge back at once. Brek and Xpedia Booking.com all lie and steal.They say call the motel. The motel says call them. They make a ping pong ball out of you. Buyer Beware!@@

I am Canadian with a canadian address, Brek.com create confusion in billing in CAD (canadian currency) but in reality they bill in USD. More… they said for exemple: $119 CAD a night include taxes and fees, but they bill $10 more in USD. So you beleive you pay $119 CAD but at the end is $178 CAD on your credit card. BIG difference and you wish to call the Police..
