I'm used to having a selection of my favorite styles in my size but there weren't any available this last time shopping. Usually I love breakout bras but I can't buy if they don't carry what I need.
I've been buying online from breakout bras for over 10 years. I've never had a bad experience. They will call or email if there's a problem with my order. I can also call if I have a question (even if it's about which bra is better for me). Everyone is very knowledgeable and their grab bads are FUN. I recommend them to all my friends.
The first time I went here I wasn't thrilled by the sales person who was new just working part time and not so knowledgeable. Though i did like the bra she did not fit me right. Last week I was there and the sales person that helped me was fantabulous, her name was Emily. She was pleasant, understood what I was looking for, wasn't pushy and took the time to tell me how it should fit, and also showed me the bra I wanted and another bra because I wanted to see what else was available. I purchased 3 bras (Thank you Emily). :)

For hard-to find sizes Breakout Bras is fantastic. Also the staff is very responsive to questions and concerns. I've recommended this place to numerous friends.
The staff were helpful and pleasant while I was there but it seems rediculous to pay so much for a bra that I had for a year only to have it come unstitched. I hand washed it and air dried it but it still came apart. Poor product if you ask me. I prefer Dillards and Victoria Secret any day over Breakout.

That's the quote I got from one of the workers at the store. The bra was way too tight, even after a personal fitting. I was unable to handle it after just one hour. I did take it back which was probably the only reason I give the whole experience one star. The young lady at the store then quoted to me that I had to really want itthat the bra would feel good after wearing it for a while. I do not need to wear a bra for a while in order for it to feel good. There are plenty of other overly expensive bras that feel fine upon first try out there in order to have to settle for this one.
Finding Breakout Bras has been a game changer for me. Before I never had a bra that fit good or could never find a swimsuit that had enough support for bigger chested people like myself. I just wore what fit but I never liked any of it. Breakout Bas has given me my confidence back.
I'm from out of town was excited about going to breakout bras. The bra was very nice although I felt I was put in a bra that was too tight! Should have gotten a different size! Can't wear it!

I love the advice tidbits. Shipping is always extremely fast. Prices are about the same as other online retailers, but they always have coupon codes.
I didn't believe I could order bras over the phone, but the CSR who worked with me knew the company's product lines very well, including enough history to identify the product I was looking for. Her guesses as to how and where I would lose weight were uncanny. I heartily recommend these people!

Breakout Bras is fully aware of the difficulties experienced by online shoppers. In particular, the inability to get properly sized, try things on & get helpful advice from in store staff can make shopping for bras online almost impossible.
The staff goes above & beyond to provide the best help possible. Their emails are answered promptly & their chat feature is superb. The shipping is fast & their return/exchange policies are extremely liberal. Their knowledge of bras & anatomy is incredible & you are treated with so much respect. They aren't trying to take advantage of you or sell you their latest & most expensive bra. They truly understand that finding a well fitting bra for you will not only improve your life, but will earn them a lifelong customer.
I recommend them to anyone & everyone. You will not be disappointed with their products or their staff.

We wanted to reach out to you and let you know why the site is not showing items available in all sizes available to order/backorder. Currently, our site is transitioning with a new system, and we have experienced a few issues (including no one being able to order at all, although this issues has since
Been resolved). We are still working through these bugs.
For the time being, we have turned off the ability to backorder items due to uncertain time frames from suppliers, since almost all of our vendors have ceased shipments due to circumstances arising from COVID-19. We are unsure how long items would remain on backorder, and have therefore decided to stop offering backordered products for the time being. On our website, when something on backorder is ordered, the customer is automatically charged for the item. Since we cannot say with certainty how long the current crisis will affect all of us, we did not want to hold anyone's funds for an uncertain length of time. Backordered sizes and colors will return to the website as soon as possible, depending entirely on when our suppliers resume shipments.
