I was dealing with this company and a man by the name of Brian Williams talked to me online. I was very interested in having the company build my website. I had an appointment on the phone for the next day and I forgot because of a family emergency. My son hurt his hand by falling with the ladder. I did not get around to texting Brian Williams due to the events at home and our other obligations. Brian Williams texts me and tells me off like a jilted teenager. He was a real jerk to me about not being at his call or responding to him pronto. Life happens, he should learn. Never burn bridges, he should learn. I realize now that if I had dealt with him doing business and something did not go right after I paid the money he would have been rude and mean to me. I would have been filled with regret. I am the customer and should be treated well with respect. When I told him he was a jerk for the way he treated me... He tells me that the line is recorded? So what, it was on the text of course it was a record. I did nothing wrong. I'm the customer. He treated me disrespectfully and totally ungrateful for my possible business. I noticed too that the reviews online about this company are bad and it did give me hesitation. I am glad I had this delay to see his response to me. He showed his true self. Customers who are about to spend a lot of money don't need this type of attitude. If you don't hear from a customer, be kind after all if he were legit, he would have texted me with something nice, like is there a better time? Has something come up? Sorry we missed each other. When you have time, call me. Here I am worried and upset about my family injury and he sends me several mean text telling me... I quote, "Ma'am this is not the way. If you don't want to work with us so you can just simply say that. Ignoring my calls doesn't make sense." To that I say... what an idiot. The appointment was on the phone yesterday and I missed it. It's not the end of the world. Things come up, people forget, people have things happen. You tell off someone who is about to pay $1000. 00 to you? To me, he sounds very desperate making me feel like this is a scam. A normal, legit business would not have behaved like a jilted It makes me think this company is a scam. Be cautious. In all my years, I have not had this happen for a missed call. Especially when someone wants my business.

BE CAREFUL! Branded Web Studios/Branding Solutions/Branded Logos is a scam company. We have been trying to get our website from them for three years. They have the highest turn over rate and we have dealt with numerous people trying to get our website live. They will not add in my hosting with BlueHost and instead said they want me to pay 499.00$ for their hosting which I do not want. I have worked with Robert Jones, Alex Martin, Stephen Parker, Oscar Rodriguez, Steve Fitzpatrick, Jenny Wood, Ross Tyler, Jay Ziminsky, Mark Carson, Joseph Lee, Emma Hughes, Chester Pennington, and our most current- Steve. All of them have a different story and have conned us out of thousands of dollars. The indicated that we had to pay 299.00 for the legal rights to the website and then they would be able to enter our hosting credentials to make our website live and finally be done with their company. Now that we have paid that, they want me to pay $499.00 in order to get our "website live" as they cannot release the website with out it being live. I have evidence and documents stating that they would put our hosting info in and release our website but they just keep asking for more money. We are going to have no choice but to seek legal action at this point. In addition, when I called them out on being scammers their employee responded with unprofessional message. Hello everyone, this people are scammers, Dnt give your any credit or debit card information to them, they took money from my card almost 4 months now and still they make excuse everyday, I give them 1700 dollars for my website and they give my work to LUCAS but this guy send me templates sites which anyone can make website on that, I thought they are professional but long story short, there is no big company no one work for them, he is the one guy who play different different roles, please Dnt trust them, later u cry, Dnt pay upfront, I'm going to post everywhere in social media... I have proofs what they do to me so please be aware if still u wanna work with this guy then till him u guys not paying any single penny upfront, once project complete then u pay, one more thing, REVIEW U GUYS SEE ON THIS PAGE ITS ALL FAKE REVIEWS, THIS GUY IS TRICKY MADE SO MANY ACCOUNTS AND POSTED GOOD REVIEWS IN HIS COMPANY FAVOR ALLL CRAP AND very SOON I POST THEIR COMPLAINT copy, DNT WASTE YOUT HARDEN MONEY, DNT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ONLINE... BETTER PAY EXTRA TO THAT PERSON WHO HAVE REAL LOCATION OR OFFICE VISIT PERSONALLY AND THEY OFFER THEM YOUR WORK... THIS COMPANY IS SCAM...

Sucks took months to tell me they need another 3 grand I'm still out of close to 4 grand and have absolutely nothing to show for it

We have been working with this company for almost 1 year to design a website. There have been a number of issues but the most frustrating thing about this process has been their lack of customer service or help. It takes a few days and about 3 emails and calls to get someone to acknowledge you and then they say someone will reach out in 24-48 hours and they wait until the 48 is up to reach out, by that point it is the weekend and noone is there and then the whole process starts again on monday!
It is the most frustrating thing in the world.

Even though I could write pages about how bad this company was to do business with, no one likes reading novels, so I'll try and keep this as short as possible to get my point across.

1: I wish I had trusted the bad reviews, because I have now realized they are unfortunately 100% accurate.
2: Communication went from great (right when I paid for services), to almost non-existent after about two months of trying to explain what I needed in our website and waiting 5 days to 2 weeks per site draft after being promised 24-28 hrs per edit.
3: After being completely ignored multiple times, a supervisor had to reach out to try and do damage control (his name is Ryan). He ignored all of my concerns after introducing himself and hasn't responded at all after the first 2 emails.
4: I was promised a full refund by the team leader (Paul Phoenix) if the lack of communication and work not being produced continued. This of course happened again and now they are completely ignoring all emails, texts and phone calls.
5: I have now been forced to file a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back. However, I saved all texts and emails to support my claim and provided them to my bank as proof, so hopefully it'll turn out ok for us.

It's a shame companies like this can sucker people into paying them money for such unprofessional service.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do yourself a favor and spend your money on a more reputable and reliable local or established well known company (which is exactly what I'm doing now) for your website needs. It'll cost you more up front, but you'll be thankful in the long run.

ALSO: I've read they like to somehow take negative reviews down, so I will be posting this on multiple review sites as well as the BBB.

My friend, Darian Jackson recommended me to hire branded Web Studios. Since he has frequently been working with this brand, he suggested the same for my start-up.

As a new start-up, the main issue I faced that people were not taking my brand seriously. I had no website and even no business representation.

On the suggestion of my friend, I contacted Branded Web Studios for the website design and development team, Danny picked up the phone and told me everything about how to run my website and gain maximum benefit from it.

Their diversified team of experts delivered the website and an appealing logo within 5 business days. Upon receiving the website credentials and the logo, I knew I was on the right track. And thus, since then, people have started to view me as a different individual altogether.

Upon my satisfaction, I now aim for an appealing web portal for my company. Since I had to keep track of my competitors and maximize results, I realized it could not have been possible without a web portal. I am satisfied with their business venture and, therefore, have more in the pipeline for them shortly.

I wish I could rate them a 0. I paid them $650 for a website. I was told that they would have a template for review in 24-48 hours. After 5 days I emailed them requesting them webpage and got no reply. Emailed them again 2 days following stating that I wanted a refund and then they send me the website. It was horrible everything on there was incorrect and it looked like a kid did it. I told them it was unacceptable and I wanted my money back. After I received no reply I put in a dispute with my bank. Then a week later someone responded stating that I could only receive half of my money back because they already did the logo. I was livid because I had already previously paid for the logo separately. Then I was told that I would receive a full refund in 7-15 business days. I called to check on refund on day 12 was reminded they had 3 more days. Then I get another call from Steve questioning my dispute. I stated if he issued the refund I would cancel the dispute. Steve said he was going to cancel the refund and then begin to get very rude and unprofessional. He kept over talking me and was telling me what he wasn't going to do. I then told him I would report him to the BBB. He told me not to threaten him and begin to yell. I told him I wasn't going to argue and hang up the phone. Steve called me 3 times after that. This has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Please be aware. The 30 day money back guarantee means nothing to this company.

Can you possibly give a company 0 stars. Do not waste your resources in them. They are scam artist!
So I paid over $3,000 for website building, hosting and social media management. They completed my website and never gave me the appropriate credentials to fully own my website. It is a Wordpress website and I can't add plug-ins coz I need FTP credentials and they wouldn't give it to me, the wouldn't give me my cPanel details. They want me to be entirely dependent on them and want to charge me add-on fees to make the changes for me. I have called several times and they wouldn't respond or give me all the credentials I need to be completely autonomous.
In regards to Social Media management... NOTHING has been done and they would refund my money!
Very bad customer services in addition to all the above. Very rude... I have spoken to Alex Martin, Robert Jones, Oscar Rodriguezand Stephen Parkerso far and they have been very unprofessional with their dealings with me.

I wish there was a zero star option! This place is a lie!
I doubt that they are even Graphic designers. Their taste is old and junkie! They lie about the timeline. They say that they are located in Freemont California but I doubt so! After 10 days I haven't received anything even close to my expectations. They sent me few designs which none of them was even ok! I hate myself that I trusted them! Such a waste of money and time! I have a deadline and they have already wasted 10 days. Stay away from this unworthy company! Scam!

I have been dealing with Mr. Oscar since late April. Oscar designed my logo and the logo turned out nice. I decided to give the company the opportunity to help me design my website that was only suppose to take two weeks, that now has turned to two months. He upgraded me for an additional $1k to integrate this supposed to be top of the line API system, that by the way never happen due to my vendor not allowing access for what ever reason. When the API access got denied from my vendors, Oscar told me that it had gotten approved and would be released with in 24/48 hours I decided to reach out to my vendors and they advised me that they don't allow such access. So I am wondering who Mr Oscar spoke with? I asked to speak with a manager that Oscar told me would not be available to me for 24/48 per Mr Oscar again, so I decided to reach out to Branded Web studios myself and request to speak to some one above Oscar. Low and behold I got a manager Mr Steven Fitzpatrick on the phone. I still in misbelief how unprofessional this entire company is. Mr Fitzpatrick got on the phone like he was going to save the day. Well I'm sorry to say nothing has been resolved. I asked for a refund for the API coding, they tried to give me a hard time but ended up refunding me in 13DAYS! That I still have not RECEIVED! Then he had the nerve to try to upsell me again to an Amazon API (you got to be kidding me right) I would never ever recommend or use this company again. They caused me to miss deadlines and money that they will not take ownership that they messed up.

SAVE THE HEADACHE & YOUR MONEY BY NOT EVEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I found this company threw google and purchased from this company they sent me a confirmation & said a representative would be contacting me in less then 24 hours THREE DAYS LATER I HADN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE. So Instead I emailed the company after 48 hours someone responded asking me what my name and number is. After letting them know they claim I wasn't in the system. I ended up giving them the confirmation number on which they finally found my order. At that moment I just knew this business was a scam and asked for a refund they informed me that the refund would take 15 business days. Smfh I waited a entire month still no refund. I then emailed them and they claimed that they sent the refund and that they would email a refund receipt. I knew they were lying because the money is not yet in my account. And I still haven't seen this so call refund receipt. I reported this company to the BBB and I'll continue to report this company to every high authority until they are $#*! completely down It's ridiculous that after purchasing I've looked at reviews and have seen that they have did a lot of people like this. It's time this company goes under.
