I'm very disappointed in this company. Some stock is just not well kept. Fair enough, I had some great bargains but some things delivered broken or missing some elements and it is a pain to return anything if you don't live in France.

Free returns policy only applies to France.

They have sent me the incorrect barcode to use when posting outside of France.

The replacement items were not delivered due to "something being incorrect with they address they have put on the box" so it was returned to them and then they "are not able to resend" as they can only do that for France Metropolitan.

It's just not worth the hassle. A few other things I noted with some items received:

- bent earrings
- one shoe missing a strap
- Italian size converted the wrong way around

So even with brands you know and love, as you eagerly await the arrival of your order, take it down a notch - and prepare yourself for a disappointment.
