Total rip off over 30 days to receive the wrong set of knives. Ordered red set got stainless steel of lesser quality, all in plain white packaging with no Branding at all. 40 minutes to get through to customer service as the returns advise stated it would cost £4.50 out of the refund not happy eventually accepted that I was not going to pay for the returns as they supplied the wrong item. Against the Sales of Goods as 'Not as described' and the Distance Seller Regulations.
Poor poor poor service, poor items, poor service, poor delivery avoid at all costs, the item supplied to me a cheap set of knives valued about £5 instead of the £250 they stated they were worth. TOTAL RIP OFF

Brandalley is one of those private member shopping sites that sell designer brands at discount prices. Their website (once signed up) is easy to navigate as each brand is listed individually so you just click on the designer. They accept most credit cards and paypal and the checkout process is easy.

Downside. Delivery time. As they don't hold the items instock themselves, it can be a couple of weeks before the item is sent. Delivery is normally by courier so you can track your package which is good.

Customer service ok. Do respond to queries relatively quickly and all items sent have been correct so far so not had to return anything for a refund... yet.

One of the better members only shopping sites.
