Reviews confirm the application's support ghosted me after I reached out. No answers, just silence. Their unresponsiveness is a shady tactic.
Infuriating and utterly worthless.
Feedback shows I fell for their free test ad,
But results cost money, then monthly fees.
The system's deceptive tactics are frustrating and unethical.
My experience was that this service contacted me without consent, using private info. I didn't sign up. Their privacy practices are invasive and deceptive.
This reviews states I tried cancelling during the trial, but the website kept billing me. Support didn't answer complaints. This platform's cancellation issues are deceptive and annoying.
This app's terms were hidden, only appearing post-teat.
They gave no clear details upfront.
It's a deceptive ploy to mislead users.
Complete scam, stay away!
Reviews note this company's test was a sham, with no rigor or value. It's a fake exercise to draw users in, not a credible measure.
Deceptive and wasteful.
Feedback shows this platform billed me without authorization post-trial.
No agreement made. Support was silent, forcing me to dispute payments to stop their predatory practices.
My experience was that this product's customer service was silent on my issues. No response to queries. Their lack of support is predatory and frustrating. Don't trust this!
This review reveals this application's "free" teat is fake. You can't access results without paying and they auto-charge monthly. No transparency, just a scam to take money.
The system sent unsolicited messages, somehow knowing my email.
Privacy wasn't respected.
Their sneaky data use is a predatory tactic.
Frustrating and totally untrustworthy.
Designed to suck one in - taking the test - then pops up with - pay to see your score. There was no mention of a pay wall until one feels that one is already very vested. Works for them, sucks for the users. Further, there are screens showing that it is evaluating, processing, etc - all a sham.
Their site specifically and on multiple pages states their test is free, but when you take their "exam" it tries to force you to pay. When I finally got through to their customer support man, he said "the test is free but the results are not" which is clearly ridiculous and at best incredibly misleading. That's like me telling someone I'll make them dinner for free, then when they go to eat it saying "but I didn't say you could eat it without paying the fee!"
Don't waste time answering the questions of the test that says "FREE TEST" everywhere because it is NOT. And they don't tell you until the end. I guess the developer has low IQ after all thinking a decent percentage of the people that take it would pay. $#*!ing bull$#*! and waste of time.
Definitely a scam. Don't get suckered into paying for something on such a short test. No pay no score.
Represented to be free test and results sent to personal email. I understand that Charges were only to apply if I wanted to read complete results in app. I did not but was still charged for a subscription I did not ask for, multiple times. What I thought was Unsubscribing was ignored. Still trying to get a refund.
I wanted to just see how high or low my IQ was. Complete scam. Said it was free before I took my test, at the end, said that I had to pay to get my results! All they do is IQ tests. Not worth the weekly subscription! Stupid!
Note: If you had money taken out of your account by these people, or were automatically signed up for a recurring subscription without your permission then please report them to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. They will get fined and/or shut down. Do your part to keep the web safe.
Don't waste your time or money on that garbage!
First of all I could tell right off the bat that the test is completely fake. You can't measure IQ with the questions they were asking. Measuring math skill is not the same as IQ. You can improve math score by studying math, you can't improve your real IQ by studying.
Second, after you take the test they don't give you your score unless you pay for the result. They have some lame BS excuse that it costs money to host the test. That's BS! I could write and host that website on my personal computer.
Did their trial IQ test. After finishing, it required you to give your name and email. After that was done, it brought you to a page to pay for a subscription. I would never had done the test if I knew I would have to buy a subscription to get the results. I will not support a dishonest company.
