It said that shipping was free using standard shipping but shipping charges were added on the total. Otherwise a good experience.

Worked good, so far. Thanks. After receiving package noticed it was not shipped for about 4 days after order placed. Did note the expedited handling option on order form, and would have paid extra if I knew there was to be such a long wait. But, overall o.k. With the whole process. The brace is better than the ones in local stores, and would reorder, and if needed brace soonest would pay expedited charges.
I enjoyed the checkout process. It was fast and easy oppose to other web sites. Thank you!
