Quick and easy
I got bad advice and I contacted them to send the ankle brace back. They told me that I had to pay the original shipping of 6.79 on a $10.50 brace. When I get the exchange, I would have paid double. This company is dishonest. Won't be buying from them again.
The item in question has only been worn one time, but I like it better then other that I have tried.

Wrist splint I ordered was tricky to fasten around thumb, with min gap; however this did not appear to effect reason for purchase which was support of wrist to treat tennis elbow.
Fast, easy and very satisfactory
This is the first time I have been to your web site. The "video chat" was very helpful however, I do not agree that you don't refund money for braces. Seniors and people on fixed income cannot afford to try everything that you say "will" work; then we are out money we can't really afford to spend. All to try to get rid of the pain! Ok, so now I received the brace -- and it was HORRIBLE! And I'm out the money! I did return it to exchange for another item I have been wanting to try. But I'm not hopeful it will work either! Just still seems like a ripoff to not get my money back since the item I'm exchanging for is not close to what I paid for the brace and I had to pay to send the horrible brace back. Just not too happy right now.
