Great selection of braces.
Even though I measured my wrist, the brace was too large. I have requested to complete an exchange, but I have not yet received my return label. I am also going to be charged a shipping fee even though I am getting the same item in a different size.

Unfortunately even though my order confirmation was correct, what I received wasn't. I tried two online chat sessions and was told to email a returns department, and I would hear back within 72 hours. After 5 days and no reply, I emailed again. Three days later, and still awaiting for a reply.
I am VERY dissatisfied at the moment and am STILL waiting for a reply, and an exchange for the correct items I ordered. (6/17/2016)
