Boxycharm

This company is a complete joke! I've spent the last six months trying to cancel my subscription just to be charged again and never received boxes! I've literally been dealing with them for years and over the past year 12 monthly charges and 6 boxes of junk made it to my door. Even after I asked to cancel.
Don't try and get ahold of them! They don't have a number! You are forced to use their "boxy bot" and NEVER HEAR BACK! Or even worse give you some bull generic email 5 days later! They kept all my "charms" equally to nearly 11 dollars (for writing hundred of reviews) and continue to charge me!

DONT YOU DARE GET SCAMMED. YOU WERE WARNED. THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE

I won the December giveaway and got $1000 gift card from Boxy charm. They have not been able to provide me with one of my $500 gift cards and have been avoiding me since December. I have decided that in order to get their attention I will just leave terrible reviews on every website I can find until someone gets back to me. They have told me multiple times that they are working on it but I don't understand how that process takes over four months. There is no phone number or email to reach out to if you need help this entire company is a scam please don't trust them or their giveaways and their products are redundant. Almost every box like an email apologizing for same things over and over again.

I signed paperwork accepting my monetary gift and i still havent been compensated. If anyone has recommendations on how i should move forward please let me know!

Boxycharm never fulfilling my order from Dec. And are now claiming they won't do anything because it's been more than 30 days and once it leaves their warehouse it's no longer their responsibility. However tracking shows it was never even at their warehouse and certainly never left it. They won't replace or refund my order and just keep sending botted replies. Only tracking note says: "Dec 23 2021 08:31 PM Parcel Data Received, Shipment In Route To US Export Warehouse" after that nothing. No fulfillment date and no shipping date.

Boxycharm is a makeup and skincare beauty box. They offer three different boxes. They offer 5 full sized products for 27.99 called the base box. Premium box is 39.99 thats 6 full sized products. Then the third box you can only get every three months and it replaces your base box for 8 to 10 full sized products.If your a first time subscriber or took a break from receiving this box. Helpful hint keep a look out for codes where you can get a free product or a deal up to 50% off. Another helpful hint, take the Boxycharms beauty quiz and tell then if you would rarely, sometimes or often want to get a certain type of product.If you sign up and keep it the money comes up to your account and you will receive tracking details. Helpful hint number 3. After getting your box, rate your products and earn Charms which you can take your charms, and buy products in the Charm room. I must warn you getting this box is very addictive. Once you start its hard to stop. It's like getting a Christmas present every month to yourself. Now ask yourself are you worth it? Yes you are, is what I say.

I have cancelled 3 times and haven't received anything not a box since last April. They still charged me for a new year and they have no real customer service i wish i could upload a video they have a phone number it just refers u back to the fake system

I canceled my subscription & they still charged me 318.75. They ignored my requests for a refund. I filed a complaint with BBB and they finally responded. I had disputed the charge with PayPal. Boxycharm promised if the dispute was declined through PayPal they would refund the money (see email below). PayPal declined the dispute because I couldn't locate and provide the cancellation policy. I let Boxycharm know my dispute was declined with PayPal and forwarded the email to which they've ignored every single email from me. They also canceled all of the boxes they charged me for. I don't want the boxes but now they're stealing because they have my money. I'm working with the BBB again as well as letting everyone know they should stay far from this company. I won't stop until they give my money back!

Got a message after clicking cancel that I wld recive an email and must click link, did not get that email. Tried to remove my credit card it would not allow me. Tried to call you cannot must contact them by mail. I don't play these cames and will not do business with any company that does not give me an easy option to cancel and remove my cc anytime I want. They're wasing my friggin time and I'm too busy for that. Very foolish of them.

I loved them from the beginning. They always had amazing things to offer for a great price when they upped their prices during the pandemic but just kept offering repeats no updated lines or products in the couple years. I switch to American influencer beauty

I subscribed to both just the regular boxycharm and the premium. It started badly they lost some products shipping and offered me store credits because they couldn't replace. They would send the wrong choice items and never looked at my profile fair skin is not dark... my last straw I purchased a full size item and they sent a sample also from the shop they have open a few days I ordered a blush in one color but when it completed it was a different color I contacted customer support to fix this and they said sorry purchase is complete and I decided not to argue and order the right product rude customer service always lost my orders had to contact customer service over and over... I can't even begin but I not reccomend the horrible service

I have been a subscriber of Boxycharm for two years and I love them! I really love the excitement of getting a new box each month and with new products. Before Boxycharm, my beauty collection was sparse... very sparse, but now I have so many serums, different face wash, moisturizers, makeup, and EYESHADOW PALLETS! All of the products I have gotten are higher end brand items that I would never be able to afford by themselves so having boxycharm allows me to experience new beauty products every month. I have the base box for $27.99 (previously $25), and I get full-sized products each month and love almost all of them. I think it is the best beauty subscription box out there! I tried Ipsy for a few months and felt like it was a waste of money compared to BC.

I have been charged by Boxy Charm on 6 occasions for $76.21 for product I have never received or requested. The inability to speak to a person instead of a bot that doesn't understand issues is utterly frustrating. Boxy Charm has lied and deducted money from my account even though NO product has been received. This is clear theft however they refuse to take responsibility or refund my money!

I have been part of Boxycharm for the last few months and have been ambivalent about the service. On one hand, there is great value for the products and I like trying new things. On the other hand, I am so sick of skin care items and serums that I could scream. I expected more than this.

I am going to keep trying this company, and will update in a few short months!

The whole process is a joke, they put repeats in a box and say it's not a repeat if it's been over a year. Then in the next breath claim it's an experience box and that why they put black and blue lipstick in a box... if you place a charm order, you never get it. They just give you charms back and say sorry. I've had 9 charm orders since November that I've never received and it's the same thing over and over again. My box for April had an item missing, a repeat item as well as items that didn't fit in my skin profile that they're insistent on you taking. Claiming it helps to curate the boxes better for you. I have yet to experience that this far...

I had this service for around 7 months in the beginning of last year. Overall, I felt like the products I received were of good quality and it can be a good way to try out products you otherwise wouldn't normally purchase.

While I don't think any of the products were counterfeit, I couldn't help but feel that they were leftovers from last season/colors that didn't sell - especially when it came to the lip and shadow colors. I did receive some higher-end skincare products I adored, however.

The value is definitely there and, for me, each box had come with 1-2 items that I'd liked - ended up gifting/donating the rest

So i have been with BOXYCHARM for about 21/2 yrs now and in all honesty at first I LOVED IT... My makeup collection grew quickly but now im not happy with it... They dont go by your beauty quiz and preferences because i seem to get products I hate and do not have selected on my beauty quiz like FACE MASK SHEETS... I HATE THEM... I ALWAYS SEEM TO ONLY GET ONE GOOD ITEM I LOVE... AND MY PRODUCTS KEEP COMING DEFECTED... I hope my October 2020 box is more up my beauty quiz preferences ally... Like makeup brushes for sure when it comes to varriants...
