Are use box at least every other month, I love the convenience, the price, and the selection. The one part that disappoints me greatly is when you used to include a 10% off your next order coupon. I dont even get any discount emails anymore. I would probably order more frequently if I was able to get a discount. The reward you earn are too small to give me incentive to order again
Easy to order lots of items without worrying they'll overpack boxes and be destroyed (like with other retailers). Nice selection.

I started using boxed.com not too long ago and would recommend them. There are a lot of products to chose from and you even get reward dollars and free trial products with your orders. Convenient and quick service.

There have been 3 instances now where I've ordered from Box, and the shipment arrives multiple days after the original day indicated. Prior to these instances, I'd receive the package two days after ordered like clockwork. I'm not sure what changed in regards to shipping, but it's been a bit frustrating to have to track down the package and not have a reliable estimate on when it will arrive.

Nothing worse then getting an email thanking me for my purchases using the wrong name. A little while back I sent boxes to my children thus now Im Carl even though me his mother Anna has been shopping here for over 4 years and have always been the payee. Now my emails come to Carl. I guess they prefer to address the males and not the females. Its also difficult when items are out of stock forever I dont use just anything I prefer my name brand. I also have been receiving things that are on the verge of expiring like oatmeal and mayonnaise that only have a month and a half left before they expire. These problems have changed the amount of times I actually shopped box recently and will tapper off even more. Wish you wer the same as 4 years ago.
