I love boxed... usually delivery is fast and intact and when there is a problem they deal with it right away
I love boxed! They always have great samples and their brand prince and spring has converted me forever! I love everything they sell!
I love the products bit the shipping takes to long or to process the order. I am thinking about checking with Amazon for the prices because they ship alot faster.
I have been buying mostly the Prince&Spring brand because of the prices, but have found the items to be better value and quality than most "big" name brands. I have not been disappointed even once. They package your items with care, they get your shipment out quickly and they always thank you several times for each order. This is one company that stands behind it's name and offers perfect customer service each and every time you deal with them. A rare find and I tell everyone I know about them.
Great selection of products, has what my house needs, checkout is easy, and delivery is quick. Overall, wonderful.
Always very quick service with a little personal note from the packer included. Really like this site.
Regular shopper on Boxed. Always a great buy, can't beat the FAST delivery and love my personalized "thank you" note with each box.
Started using Boxed several month ago and recently noticed prices increasing and not carrying items I ordered just the month before. Went back to Costco as I could not justify working with Boxed. For example, Lipton Tea went from 3.19 a box to 4.99, I complained to the company and then the next time I went to place an order I checked on the item and it was no longer available. Very frustrated as it seemed like a great concept.
Fast delivery, great prices and great quality products. Their Prince and Spring brand is better quality than most you can find at the local grocery store. We love Boxed! At our house!

Boxed has great prices and service. I have never had a wrong order and they arrive in 1-2 days from the order date.
My packages are packed well. My products are great quality for a good price. My package was left in snow and that was disappointing as my box became wet and weak and hard to take inside.
I have had several damaged items in two of my orders recently and had to ask for a refund or replacement. Other than that, I am satisfied with Boxed.

I have been using Boxed for a few months now and love it! I have 3 teenage boys and don't have a ton of time to run to the store multiple times a week. I love how I can place an order after dinner and it gets delivered two days later. The choices are great also, with lots of organic options. I have also tried a number of the Price & Spring brand (Boxed brand) and impressed with the quality especially if the toilet paper and paper towels.
I do like Boxed as it is very convenient however the prices are a bit more than Costco As well, contents of the boxes are generally ruined. They package beverages with paper products and the delivery companies throw the boxes around, oftentimes smashing the paper products, foods, etc.

What a timesaver! I hate looking up and down the isles and missing thins. This works for me. Getting kitty litter delivered to my Door is a little piece of heaven.

I live 45 minutes from a Costco or Sams, so Boxed saves me from driving that far. I have three boys so we go through things fast.
I have used Boxed for a few years without any issues but the last two orders I have had to contact support for issues. The first issue was that I didnt get the free samples that I requested and the second I only got half of of my order. Both times the support team found a solution.

I found boxed when I was having health issues. Shopping was too hard for me. Boxed helped me get most of the mon fresh stuff I needed for my Mom and I. I found Bai and love it. So grateful for the service. Made a huge difference and when I had surgery I had portioned out snack sizes
