This was the worst online shopping experience I have had in my entire life. First of all, the ball I ordered was not shipped with the bag I ordered. I had to make numerous attempts to contact customer service as they never responded to any emails even with a return ticket open. I was finally able to reach someone on the phone and they stated they would look into it. I later received and email telling me the ball had been shipped to them by the supplier and it was a "mix up". In addition to this, when I opened the box that the bag was in the extendable handle was broken. After jumping through several hoops I was told to ship the item back to them for them to assess it. The return shipping cost me $** CAD and they were unwilling to cover this cost, even though the item was damaged on arrival. When I asked the customer service rep on the phone if they would be shipping me a new bag she indicated they would after they assessed it. They never ever did ship me a new bag. They refunded the money less the coupon I used. So I basically paid $** (return shipping) for an item I never ever received. The worst part of this entire experience was the lack of customer services. Throughout the process I had left comments on the ticket as well as emails requesting someone actually phone me to discuss it. Not once did I ever receive a phone call. I have ordered from Bowlerstore.com in the past and have spent a great deal of money with them; however, this experience has clearly shown they have no regard for their customers. Never again will I spend a dime on their website and I will go out of my way to share my negative experience with not only the leagues in my city, but also every tournament I travel to in the future.

They were out of the the exact balls I wanted. They emailed me back right away. And I got the next size up instead.
The bowling bag arrived on time despite all of the problems that UPS and FEDEX were having this holiday season. The bag was actually nicer than what I expected. I gave it to my son and he is very pleased. The bag seems to be well constructed and it was thoughtfully engineered to conveniently carry all of his bowling equipment. I feel like I got good value for my money.
Site seems very informative, can't wait for my order to see how everything goes. I received my bowling ball by Christmas eve as they said I would. I did have a slight snafu regarding the tracking number, but it isn't a big deal now that the bowling ball has arrived.
