Easy because I knew what I wanted
My only complaint is that I ordered size 7.5 Wide and received size 7.5 Medium.
Consequently, the shoes are very tight. I am going to keep them, however, because I know they'll stretch. Other than that, I'm happy with the experience.:-).
The shipping cost was way too high as I never received it within one week. Very disappointed!
