Donc, 2ème facture pour 4G, ils ont ajouté des frais de 10 € pour virement bancaire manqué. Ma banque a dit que Bouyguestelecom.fr l'avait annulé, Bouygues a dit que ma banque l'avait annulé?
Également sur ma carte téléphonique, ils ont ajouté 7 €, encore un problème avec mon virement bancaire.
DONC ATTENTION, LISEZ TRÈS ATTENTIVEMENT LES PETITS CARACTÉRISTIQUES.
4G, le meilleur du reste! Jusqu'ici tout va bien, j'ai essayé Orange et SFR 4G. À la fois un désastre et une perte de temps et d'argent.
4G, best of the rest! So far so good, I tried Orange and SFR 4G. Both a disaster and waste of my money and time.
I ordered a 4G Box, unable to connect after 3 days talking to robots I managed to find a resiliation page. They sent a paid return postage slip. However also an invoice for a months use + TV + Mobile, both of which never ordered! Also took the money from my bank. I managed to recoup that after speaking to my bank. However I then received a final notice threatening me with court action and stopping any mobile for phone use by any company in future!
I know all I/Net companies are misleading but they rank highest.
