Great! Couldn't believe how many books I could get for the budget I had set to spend on my fiancé for Valentines Day. Box came completely tore up but the books were in pristine condition.

I found several books I wanted at great prices. I was a little disappointed about the $35 threshold for free shipping but I was able to find enough books for that. The website is fairly easy to use. The delivery was by USPS and came fairly quickly. The books were all in tip top shape!

A new copy of this title, was impossible to find anywhere else! The books came quickly, and were packaged well. Nice quality. Price is great for hard back books. Will be a return customer.

I would love if when you are marking the books with a black dot or line that it's consistently done on the bottom of the book rather than the top.

I've ordered from this site quite a bit now.
They're always adding new items and I've found quite a bit of graphic novels I've been looking for for a while.
Almost everything is in great condition too.
Think I've received two books where they were a little roughed up but they were also paperback.
I just wish they used better quality shipping boxes.
It's incredibly thin cardboard that tears easily.
I had received one shipment where the box was all but falling apart and it was a miracle all my items were still inside.
This last time I wasn't so lucky though.
I spent over $200 and all that showed up was the top of the box, the part with my shipping address.
If they fixed that one thing, getting stronger boxes, they'd be perfect.

I have always had great experiences with Book Outlet! The selction is great, the price can't be beat, and shipping never takes too long.

Book outlet has recently switched to new shipping boxes. I have received three orders with the new boxes and all boxes have been delivered by USPS already opened, with some of the books damaged. Two of these boxes didn't have any packing paper in them so I assume the damage happened while in transit with USPS. I think the glue in these boxes comes apart when USPS is handling them. I haven't lost a book in a shipment yet, but it is very possible since these boxes are always open when delivered. I used to receive books in great, almost new, condition from Book Outlet but now all of the books I have received come with some sort of damage.

It was easy to find the book I wanted for the lowest online price. Shipping took longer than expected but a tracking number was provided. Therefore, I had confidence my resource would reach me.

Great overall! Processing/shipping was average. I ordered on 1/22 and received on 1/30. My box did come a little damage like it was partially opened but all the books inside were in perfect condition.

Ordered a dozen books for a bible study group. The books came timely and in excellent shape!

I love the idea of getting books at a discounted rate. I love that I can stock up on books for me and my family. I was a little discouraged by the shipping. I have placed 3 orders and although one is FINALLY out for delivery, I am not sure when the others will be here. I do understand they came from out of the USA and with that, there is timing and procedures to be dealt with. However, it has taken 12 days to get the books and they are still not here. I am currently seeing it could be today, the 31st or the 1st of Feb for delivery. I wish I had known that shipping was longer than expected when placing the order. However, that is not going to deter me from buying again. I will just place an order 2-4 weeks prior to when I want the books to ensure delivery.

I got a great deal on the books I ordered. They arrived within a week after I ordered them. The books are all brand new and I am looking forward to enjoying them. I will definitely order again.
