Boka has a rating of 1 stars from 2 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Boka ranks 44th among Dental Products sites.
I reached out to Boka to ask what percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) is in their toothpaste—the main active ingredient they promote. They refused to disclose even a range, citing "proprietary reasons," and instead gave a vague, corporate response full of regulatory buzzwords. Other reputable brands are transparent about their concentrations (e.g., 10% or more), so the refusal here is concerning. If you care about effectiveness and honesty in marketing, I would recommend looking at brands that clearly state what you're actually paying for.
At first I had high hopes for this company, I will say I love their toothpaste, but not enough to support them at this point.
I left a review on their site and sent them an email regarding my situation regarding their electronic charcoal tooth brush that literally turned my front tooth black by staining it. As soon as I switched over to another regular white bristle toothbrush, within a few weeks to one month the black stain vanished.
They have blocked my review from appearing on their reviews and gave me a partial refund. Honestly at this point I just want all of my money back and never want to buy anything from them again.
THIS COMPANY SCREENS THEIR REVIEWS. Seriously, do not trust them. I work for a company dealing with their reviews and never have we done such a thing.
Shame on this company.
