So mad! I ordered from here because the prices were better than most. I waited for WEEKS for a supplement. Who has WEEKS / months to wait for supplements? Then only after emailing did they say they were out of stock! I forgot and ordered two supplements because the price was good. Yep! Same thing it's been weeks and it hasn't even been shipped! Do NoT order from them
This business is a scam. They charge you for things you aren't even aware of with terrible customer service. They don't know how to manage patient care, be aware they will not handle you appropriately, your just a credit card with 0 concern for the end outcome. TERRIBLE business

Charged for meds but didn't send. Charged my account w/o authorization. Charges to be $600.00 every 2 months but changed to $900.00. When I didn't agree to paying that much I was dropped as patient w/o notification. I never saw a doctor, was assigned to NP. Georgette the accountant refused to answer questions for increase in charges. And why my meds paid for wasn't sent. Beware they'll send fake meds that don't work, no affect. They are a total scam! They don't care about your health they only want your money

It is a pricey but worth the money if you are suffering like i was. Dr. Garcia listened to me and tested me more than any other doctor had done instead of brushing off my symptoms due to getting older. Awesome!
I would highly recommend Dr Gretchen Reis at BodyLogicMD in Charlotte NC. She is a very knowledgeable hormone replacement physician.
