I was glad to watch my package on its way to my home. It felt relaxing knowing I could see how close it was

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times they were very helpful. On both occasions, I ordered numerous pairs of plugs and on both occasions none of the jewelry fits. Even though I purchase my proper size they are seemingly too large (every plug). I had the first round of plugs gauged by a professional only to find out they were larger than advertised. This round I ordered a size smaller (went from 2 to 4 gauge) than my normal size and confirmed my size with my piercer, but all of my recent purchases are again too big. For a company with raving reviews, I am heartbroken to have ordered twice and have both orders be completely wrong. It is important to have accurate gauge sizing for available jewelry especially because it can obviously not be returned. I will patiently wait for a better sizing guide or accurate sizing before ordering in the future and I hope that it becomes more accurate as time continues.

After adding the VIP Processing to my cart with the rest of my order, shipping and processing were extremely fas!. My jewelry came sealed in a proper neat baggie with some awesome cards showcasing the brand. I enjoy the wide variety of pieces, and I hope you'll continue to add more soon.

Again a friend purchased but the experience was great as far as I know.

This company has a 15 day "replacement policy" so be sure to open and try the jewelry right away. I did not and the first day I wore a set of nipple jewelry, one of the gems fell out. I tried the other set the next week or so (got tired of it looking "ugly" with a missing gem) and one of those also fell out.

Overall, the jewelry is functional but don't expect the "high quality" that they say. Customer service was useless and offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. No thanks - I don't want poorly made merchandise, even with a discount. You get what you pay for...

I ordered a customized pair of jewelry and got one and ordered two of the same piece of jewelry and got one. They did send me the missing pieces once o let them know and took pictures of what I did receive and the packing slip. It took over a week though.
I've ordered through them several times and had this happen once before and they made it right.

Bodycandy has so many great quality ear rings. Make sure you check that it's the correct gauge, sometimes it's hard to find and is a pain when you assume it's a certain gauge when it's in a section such as conch piercing but there 16g not 14g. Be careful with the plated colors instead of surgical steel, they wear off and turn your ear green after a week or so. Majority of what I've purchased In the past ten years has been wonderful.

I always get great jewelry from here. I have an assortment of ear piercings and nose piercings and the jewelry always is good quality and looks great.
