I normally love BodyCandy but this time there was little/no communication about how there were things in my order that were out of stock. It wasn't until 2 months later than I was finally given a straight answer. Then they told me I would receive 2 of the 3 things that were in stock, but then only sent me one. No offer for a refund on the missing items until I asked for one. They were still going to keep my money for items I was never going to receive. Unbelievable.
