Was excited to receive my order since it was a birthday present for myself. When i found out that I couldn't wear what I had bought because the plastic posts were garbage I was disappointed. Talked to customer service and they offered to replace the posts but when I got 2 pair that all had issues I didn't want a replacement to only get more garbage posts. After explaining that, customer service didn't contact me back.

Fast shipping. The L-shaped nose ring I purchased was uncomfortable for me because the post (stem) seemed too long. When directed towards back of nose, it hurt the inside of my nose and would often turn itself towards front of nostril and the post would show at the end, looking like I had a booger. The diamond size was nice, as I was looking for something tiny with sparkle, but I wish I had ordered the straight one.
