I had very very horrible experience with the quality of the coats from Boden. Such an expensive coat and extremely poor quality. It ripped within 2 times wearing. The fabric is very poor quality and can't believe how they claim 365 days return and quality products. I'm so disappointed because not only did I spend a lot of money on this coat, I have waste lots of times to choose and order.

I truly appreciate their quick customer service and the way they communicate with their users. I hope they continue to improve.

The last two orders I have made they have sent me the wrong items. I ordered a Christmas jumper on sale, it took a long time to arrive and they sent me a men's instead of women's jumper. I emailed asking for a replacement and instead they have refunded my 133 dollars and said I need to return the men's medium and re purchase the Women's jumper.

Don't go there. Don't buy anything from there?

2. Thus refunded the items the day I got them. As in. In the packaging. Resaleable conditions.
Boden acknowledged the items received by them. Their live chat agreed to refund my item. But never refunds the item. Raised paypal case, but still refused to refund my money.

After getting a dress as a gift I was delighted. A couple of weeks later i washed the dress as it developed a strange smell which was odd. I washed it as instructions and it shrunk. I sent the dress back with tag.
Later that week a phone call asking for the buyers details, phone number and where they bought the dress from. I was shocked dress with tag and labels and I have to contact the person who gifted it to me to get a replacement or credit note. I'm afraid I couldn't give these details as it wasn't appropriate. One parcel and 2 letters and now a email later. They have kept the dress and still refuse to help me. Plus I have been a good customer of theirs. Dress sent back 01/20 today 30/5. Never again.
