I cannot overstate my disgust. I purchased the Blue Sky Gemini planner, a product supposedly meant to last an entire year. It didn't even survive a single month. Fine. Products fail. But I have endured 15 excruciating days (and counting) of refund purgatory, endless back-and-forth, and blatant disregard for my time. Humans have a limited lifespan; time is the great equalizer. Time is precious, but instead of focusing on my life's calling, I've been carefully making sure I don't lose days out of the back of the raggedy "binding". The "resolution process" has now lasted longer than the planner itself. Let that sink in. Ongoing delays and no accountability; it's death by 1,000 papercuts. Blue Sky has officially wreaked havoc on my personal and professional life. Not only that, imagine my dismay: I thought I had found a forever brand that would guide me through these uncharted chapters. Instead, they broke my heart, my wallet, and my week. Blue Sky sold me a year of malicious incompetence disguised as stationary. I checked, and I did not order this level of chaos and contempt. It gets its only star for last year's WAAV planner; it was truly transformative, which only magnifies this catastrophe, Consistency and quality control are nonexistent in this print run, which is asinine as a so-called "respected brand." TL; DR: If you're considering buying from Blue Sky: DON'T. You have another year to begin the hunt again. Take heed, and save what precious, finite time you have by using a better product backed by better service.
Purchased an item which never showed. First they said it was delivered and not their fault if it was stolen. Then they offered me 50 % back, then 60%...nothing has ever come back even after they promised at least 5 times. Total rip off! All started Dec 10 2024 and just received another email Feb 21 2025
I cancelled my order and never got my refund. Total scammers. Don't go near them. I'm trying to see if there is a way to legally get my money back. Scam scam scam
I placed an order and paid for merchandise that I was led to believe was being sold to me by QVC. The name 'Bluesky' was nowhere in the ad. Like other reviewers here, I never received my order, even though their so-called customer service people (named 'Lily' and 'Joyce') kept telling me that the tracking info confirmed it was delivered to the address I provided. I repeatedly assured them that I never received any delivery and that no, my neighbors didn't steal several shelving units from my 'mailbox', as they suggested.
I requested either a full refund or a re-shipment of the original order. They offered only a 30%, then 40%, and finally 50% refund but it doesn't matter because they never issued it. They've also completely ignored repeated requests (all via email) to re-ship the order. They just keep apologizing and telling me to 'please wait patiently' for the refund but it's been over 2 months and I've still received nothing from them but a runaround.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!
P.S. Even my bank flagged the original sales transaction as 'suspected fraud' and cancelled my debit card as a result.
This company sells merchandise on Facebook. I placed an order and NEVER received my merchandise. After this company says they just delivered the order you open your door only to see that nothing is there. You have to contact them through email and when they respond they say they already delivered it and to look at your neighbors houses. When you email back about just getting your money back they don't answer. This company is a SCAM! Buyer beware!
I ordered a a Sephora Advent Christmas Calender and received nothing for weeks. The tracking number showed nothing. Finally I got an email that said Undelivered. I emailed them because there isn't a number to talk to anyone and they said I put the wrong address which was completely not true! Then they said they could only refund me 30% of what I paid! This is a horrible site that just takes people's money and should be shut down! Stay away! It is a complete SCAM!
I paid 77 dollars to this company for a supposed parcel of Amazon returned goods, in return I received Earbutton headphone which cost less than 10 dollars and eventually received a refund of 30% of my payment. Thieving bastards.
If you read the prior review below it is EXACTLY the same as I went through, I mean exactly. You order, you pay, shipping via fed ex or ups. So they say. When you don't get anything they say it was delivered in the mailbox. Really, cause it is 30lbs of chlorine and a pool vacuum. It can not fit in a mailbox. Then she said the post office has it? How, it said fed ex or ups on your site?! Then I went to post office showed tracking number. Post office informed me that this and other tracking numbers from this "company " are fake. They have a huge list and working with authorities because it's a scam. So I emailed this person from the "company " and said word for word what post office said. She said "I checked again, it was delivered on your front porch." I said but I don't have a porch. She said maybe your neighbors have it or it got stolen. I responded: "lady, it is time you just stop. You got my money, good for you. Now just admit to your BS! We both know you scammed and everyone else. Why keep this going? She said no really we have lost so much money and merchandise. I said NOPE! Karma will get you and so will the authorities. She then offered me 40% refund. Which with each email she had gone up from 10%. Lol I said ALL my money back or ALL the products I paid for, those are the only 2 options you have. So tomorrow I will see what drama she will send while her emails gets traced. So don't buy from here. Want to throw away money, I am happy to receive it lol

I ordered a monster RC truck and should have known that it was a scam which it certainly was. I kept asking for a tracking number and/or shipping date and for 15 days they said it would take time (15days) to get shipping info. Then on day (16) they sent a email saying that it had already been shipped and delivered to my address which was a absolute lie. They said ask the local parcel service for missing delivery but they can't and won't tell me which parcel service delivered the package? I f***kn hate myself for allowing myself to be scammed because I knew deep down inside it was too good to be true. Anyone who shops with bluesky after reading this deserves to be scammed just like I deserved it
I order an item which indicated that it was receive, however I never received anything I wrote to customer service and what I got back in return is that i was ask to visit the post office to find my package. I paid for shipping because I don't have time to do any other running around. They want to refund 30% of what I paid for the item. No customer service number to contact them just by email which takes about 48--72 hours for a reply. How unfair is this? I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered boots, but I kind of figured for the price they would be obviously either cheap or very, very cheap. But I didn't even get them. It says they arrived at my house and nothing ever came. And they advertise with very expensive brand name, tactical boots, and hiking boots. The Better Business Bureau should know about this.
BEWARE! They list cheap merchandise on line and will then switch up with something totally different. I ordered a suitcase and received a toy watch.
They are hard to track and keep changing there company name and data.

I signed up for this coarse with very little money and was assured that I would make money quickly when I tried to cancel because of lack of funds the administrators gave me the runaround and they took a payment out early now I can't pay my bills.
A shame of customer service, thus no call in number! Some is good quality, and some is just trash and false or at least misleading advertisements. They apparently don't screen their suppliers or don't really care how poor they are in any manner. They have a 14 day only " unadvertised " return policy for all sellers and the customer is asked to still pay shipping both ways. It's a real crap shoot at best. Spent your money more responsibly then buying there, and you will be much happier. I have had about 50/50 results and will not ever waste my time or money there again. I think they needed investigated and a class-action suit brought against them! And I don't believe in suing... That's how bad I feel their " We are so Sorry " BS is! I think all their customer service (a Joke!) must be computer generated.
