The new interface makes it nearly impossible to find things such as the cPanel and other important parts of my account. My account payments history is basically missing and My hosting accounts are now actually listed under sub-accounts. I've been with Bluehost for over 10 years. This is the most difficulty I've had with accessing my accounts and working on my websites.
Overall sound implementation. Picture transfer process is tedious and import fails a lot (Ruby error). SSH/SFTP documentation poor to support that transfer and FTP should be locked down. Why do I have to endure and upsell page every time I log in to manage files?
I still haven't been able to get the website forwarding to a new website. It conntinues forwarding to an old one. I have worked multiple time with customer support on this issue.
