This year has been a bummer for me. There's no way I can contact support more than 3 times and the same problem am facing is still not fixed. Personally, I feel like your cpanels are a bit bloated; but for a technical person that's just okay since I can try and fix what I don't like. Honestly speaking, if you need to raise money to re-train your staff, just put up a donations page and I'll be the first to give a generous donation.

Bluehost used to have really great tech support but the migration assistant took 3 days to move my site and I was told not to do anything, that is way too long. I have also been trying to update a credit card for another account and Bluehost will not take the update. This has been very frustrating lately. What happened?
Your site has never actually had the correct feedback / error messages for my account. In almost two years, I still get constant error messages that aren't mine and can't submit help tickets effectively etc. Just generally second rate. Still the baseline service does work and is doing its job.

Great, fairly priced, chat support helps no matter which subscription option you have. Great designs and simple website builder integrated. Only caveat is that it server seems slow sometimes.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
