Continuous issues today - transferred my domain from wordpress to bluehost as I had read positive things about bluehost website hosting packages. Issue after issue with domain name, website editing, error messages, payments - not good at all. Very poor customer service on live chat with extremely slow replies and minimal help offered

48hrs after setting up my domain, I received 18 spam phone calls in 2.5 hours. I went onto chat to get help and waited for 20 minutes, no one arrived, so I called. Sat on hold for 25 more minutes before I gave up and nearly trashed my whole project.

Bluehost sucks

One problem after another. Terrible customer service. As an example - I contacted Bluehost recently because my website doesn't load. Chatbot never answered. Meanwhile I was on hold for phone for 22 minutes - then got cut off. Typical. I HATE this f----ng company!
