I've liked Bluehost since switching a couple years ago. And with the recent UI updates, the interface is much easier to use, just in the website listing page itself. I'm glad I switched from GoDaddy.

The site is difficult to use. Wordpress is supposed to be free. I can't seem to delete anything. The pages are confusing. I have two bluehost accounts and I'm being charged for both and its impossible to get through the helpline.

Your new interactive platform significantly limits my ability to use the account and you are now hitting me with marketing and promotions when all I want is the service I've paid for. You are starting to look like that absurd platform Godaddy, which is who I left to come here. If you continue downgrading your services whilst trying to upsell, I can easily find a replacement. Please stop this absurd and useless marketing.
