Website is a pain to navigate, get a popup once arrive at site that you can't get rid of.
I hate the new layout. I can't find anything and the links on the left never work.
Service is contantly out, can't access account at least once a week. When I contact support it never ends in a solution. I always just have to try again later. I won't be renewing Bluehost next time. I will be switching to GoDaddy or another more reliable hosting service for my business. Bluehost is also known to be quite slow.

Website down for over 24 hours last Friday and now down again because the server on which my account is hosted is currently under having performance issue. Your admins are working on reducing the server load and getting the server back to full functionality but no idea how long this will take. Not good that this is two weeks running I have no website. Last year I tried using Bluehost's paid-for programming support to create a new website at "KnowYourWorldview.org" for my grandchildren. Problem is...every time I called I got someone different and felt like I had to start over explaining what I was trying to do. At age 79, I don't want to do that!...You should setup a system where I can talk to the same tech/programmer every time so I can develop the site. Maybe use a pin number or something to access the same tech/programmer person every call.
