I have been having an issue with a professional email account that I recently purchased. The issue was that my login password was not allowing me to login to the email. I contacted support 4 days ago. They could not fix the issue. They even tried to reset the password themselves and login. They could not. This issue was sent to a higher level of support. I got an email from the higher level support to reset my password within the guidelines set forth by bluehost. Not only have I already tried this but the first level of support also tried it.
You hid continue to account manager at the bottom of an advertisement
We had nothing but issues with creating this webiste. Bluehost built it, we paid a lot of money to do so. If you check our customer service experiences, you can see the number of issues we have had. And they are still not resolved.

Bluehost is an easy platform to use. Their customer service is excellent, and I have really enjoyed building my site with them. They are only a chat or call away for any questions or assistance.

You lie to me. You take money out of my credit card with out notifying me. You transfer me from one staff member to another. Last time I was on the phone for over two hours.
